The Mayflower Ballroom can accommodate from 150 to 650 persons.  Rent the Ballroom for your Wedding, Quinceañeras, High School Reunion or other Private Party.

Wedding Receptions may be held at The Mayflower Ballroom either Saturday afternoon or Saturday Evening. Experience your first dance on our 9,000 square foot wooden floor.

  • Afternoon receptions may take place from 12 noon  to 6pm with a minimum of 150 guests required.

  • Evening receptions may take place from 4:00pm to 12 midnight  with a minimum of 300 guests required.

  • The number of guests may not exceed 500

We at the Mayflower Ballroom want your special day to run as smoothly as possible.

*At times additional security staff is required. If so, you will be informed  prior to  your renting the hall and prices for the  additional personnel will be quoted at that  time. 

Your wedding reception package will include:

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • White Linen Tablecloths

  • Bartenders & cocktail servers

  • Security Staff*

You may have access to the hall two hours prior to your scheduled reception time in order to decorate.

If the hall is not rented for the  prior evening, you may come in and decorate the ballroom between 1:00pm and 4:00 on Friday afternoon.  

For the safety of your guests, we require the following:

  • No rice, birdseed, glitter, confetti, Mylar ribbon or Mylar balloons may be used for party favors or decorations.

  • Push pins are permitted but tape must be approved by the Mayflower management.

  • Should you like to use candles for decorations, they must be enclosed in a glass container in accordance with fire department regulations.

Outside caterers are welcome at the Mayflower Ballroom. 

  • You have the use of our onsite kitchen facilities, ovens and refrigeration, to keep your food hot or cold.

  • You may bring Champagne or Apple Cider for the toast only. ( The amount to be opened will be determined  based on the number of attendees noted by our front door staff.)

  • No other outside beverages (either alcoholic or nonalcoholic) may be brought into the hall or  parking lots. Bar service will be available throughout the event and will cease, along with music and dancing,15 minutes prior to the event's end.

 

To rent the hall you will need to put down a $500.00 deposit. The balance of the rental fee will be due one month prior to the function unless other arraignments have been agreed to in writing of the contract.  Contracts are non-cancelable and deposits are non-refundable.
